RETURN & REPAIR

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept items for exchange or return for store credit only. 

Please ensure that the item is returned in unworn and re-saleable condition with complete original packaging within 7 days of receipt. 

MV must authorize all returns and exchanges and has full discretion over the status of an item when reviewing for repair or return. 

Returns after the 7days period are not accepted. 

If you would like to make a return or repair please email for an authorization at:

(no refund will be granted without return authorization). 

Please include the following in your email: order number, name on order, cellphone, photo, and breif explanation on the issue with your purchase. 

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

MV will not pay the return shipping costs and is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Once your return is processed, credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. We do not refund shipping charges on return items. 

In case of repair, we will charge you a small fee depending on the amount of repair work required.

All personalized items, custom orders and wholesale order are final sales. 

Returns or exchanges may be rejected for the following reason: 

1. Insufficient information is provided to process the order 

2.There appears to be significant wear on the item 

3.Damage was unrelated to a manufacturer or quality issue.

Wholesales are all final sales unless items are defective. When the items are defective, it must be informed to us within 48 hours from it's arrival time.
