Rings are generally measured using the inside diameter.

The easiest way to determine this is by measuring a ring you already own.

To do this, place a ruler across the middle of the ring, as if you were trying to cut it exactly in half.

- Make sure that you don't include the thickness of the metal in your measurement.

- If you are in between two sizes, we recommend to choose the bigger size. 

- In the case of adjustable rings, you can adjust and expand the ring to about half or one size upwards or downwards.
